1. I’m not going to celebrate until the mtjoriay opinion striking down the whole law is released but it sure is heartening news. The Supreme Court MUST overturn this law to reinforce that our whole system is based on limited, delegated powers that are bestowed upon the Federal Government by the States and by the people. The Federal Government CANNOT do whatever they want just because the find it expediant or think its the right thing to do. If they really want it so bad, and they think its going to be the best thing ever, they can introduce and pass a constitutional amendment. Of course, since they couldn’t even get it legally passed with votes in each house the first time, the had to deem it passed , I think thats unlikely.

3. Hope you got to see the photos of my daddy from WW!. I pteosd it for Weekend Reflections because this day I always reflect back on what he did for his country. Thanks for posting you shot. It is not going to be too much longer before those of us who had parents fighting in WWI – my daddy in France – will be dead and gone. Then that war will be forgotten. So few even think of it or know anything about it when I bring it up. So sad. I pteosd my little bridge just now because as soon as Bud gets here we are off to Richmond for him to run the half marathon part of the Richmond Marathon. I will play with Eloise and Gene while he runs for 4 hours. I will try to link it to you from Gene’s Saturday night if I remember. Tried again to plug the coffee…. we still have some, but it is running low. The next time we need 2 bags of each. Whenever you want to send it it will be great. genie

I love anything RE related (except those god awful abortions that they call movies starring Milla Jonananananivich) This looks pertty crappy, but I’ll probably watch a bit of it and give a fair chance Can we please get a hold of that Paul Anderson director and force him to stop producing these abominations? They are ruining the good name that was Resident Evil Seriously, who the fuck is Alice and why do we care? Why is it more of an over the top action movie with slow motion bullshit stunts like flipping through the air or running down the sides of buildings, or smashing through windows on motorcycles and all that kind of garbage that might be fun in an ACTION movie, but Resident Evil is supposed to be about atmosphere, zombies, being scared and trying to survive!
