El 3 de agosto Buckcherry edita su nuevo LP All Night Long, título que además da nombre a su primer sencillo del que estrenan más adelante su videoclip. El CD fue producido por Marti Frederiksen (Def Leppard) y por el guitarrista del grupo, Keith Nelson.
En octubre de 2009, el guitarrista Keith Nelson comentaba en referencia a éste lanzamiento.
“Estoy muy emocionado. No diré mucho. Voy a decir que vamos a dar una vuelta inesperada con el siguiente CD e intentar material que quizá la gente no espere de nosotros. No va a ser un disco de jazz. Pero vamos a ampliarnos un poco e intentar algo fuera de nuestro camino y ver que pasa. Siempre vamos a ser una banda de rock & roll. No estamos reinventando la rueda. No vamos a curar el cáncer. Comenzamos a componer algo de material. De hecho grabamos algunas cosas en mi casa ya. Creo que tomará velocidad y forma cuando estemos en casa (diciembre). Tenemos un par de canciones completadas. Debe ser interesante.”

Hi Lisa,Thanks for sharing this dtniurbisg video. It is definitely hard to watch, and another example of the destructive behavior alcohol or drug addiction can cause. I hope this family, especially the father, receives the help they need to go on to live healthy lives.
This is definately a post for me to brkomaok. As a parent I am always keen to read up on ways to help my children make the right choices about alcohol and drugs. And as a recovering alcoholic I am interested in the possible genetic influence.I’m was so glad to read don’t teach them to experiment with drugs/drink at an early age.’ Many parents do think it is okay to introduce both of these as a way of normalising, but as rightly point out, the young brain isn’t developed enough to handle it.Brilliant post Lisa!
Great post Lisa on helping paetnrs understand the concepts of addiction and how they can help their children. It is a complicated disease with many misconceptions. This line alcohol abuse is not alcoholism and drug abuse is not drug addiction is an important distinction to make that is confusing to many, especially when you are at the beginning of realizing that you have substance abuse or addiction going on in your family. Thanks for sharing such important information.
